Idener attended to the “Cybersecurity for Manufacturing Environments” Workshop (17th October, Brussels, Belgium) organised by EFFRA, ECSO and the European Commission’s DG Connect established within the European Cybersecurity Month. This event was a great opportunity for growing the research area in cybersecurity of Idener. In this workshop, a lot of state of the art solutions were presented for addressing problems for manufacturing environments acknowledged by the industry and research community.

The workshop was focused on the needs and requirements for secure manufacturing environments. Current and future technologies were also presented in this occasion. In addition, future research topics were presented by the European Commission. It was also a interesting event for the research community which publicly presented part of their results for current research projects.
