The future of the medicine: publication in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment incidence using machine learning

The new year begins with good news and a new article have been published with the participation of IDENER. A study led by Carlos Sevillano M.D and Eloy Viso M.D has been published in the Journal Eye about the Incidence and epidemiological characteristics of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in Northwestern Spain. In collaboration with Dr. Sevillano and Dr. Viso, as well as Alberto Parafita Fernández and Marta Sampil from the Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Pontevedra, and  Maria José Blanco and Francisco Gude from the Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Santiago de Compostela, IDENER has participated in the data analysis and statistics of the study. In this way, IDENER keeps collaborating in academic research as part of IDENER’s compromise for a better society.
