COOPERANT project Kick-Off meeting celebrated in Sevilla
The COOPERANT project’s kick-off meeting recently took place in Sevilla, serving as a springboard for the initiative’s forward-thinking objectives. The event united the project consortium of experts, researchers, and stakeholders who are pivotal to achieving the project’s ambitious objectives.
Under the guidance of the project coordinator, IDENER.AI, the kick-off was marked by establishing a clear project roadmap, as well as constructive dialogues, addressing the technological hurdles and pooling their collective insights to shape the innovative outcomes the project aspires to achieve.
Also, a guided tour around the main cultural points in Seville took place on the first day, finishing the agenda having dinner together in a known district called “El barrio de Santa Cruz”.
With a clear direction now set, the COOPERANT project is poised to advance its mission on paving the way for uninterrupted green solar power generation that is both dispatchable and economically viable, reducing dependency on solar radiation.
COOPERANT is an initiative that aims to revolutionize Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) technologies, addressing key challenges in the field. COOPERANT’s mission is to advance the next generation of CSP by tackling common limitations faced by conventional facilities. The project focuses on enhancing high-temperature operations, improving dispatchability, increasing cost-effectiveness, and promoting sustainability.
