Disruption and Innovation in the Marine and Food Industry
Our colleague Macarena García Ayala, representing IDENER.AI, had the privilege of attending the 2nd annual event “Disruption and Innovation in the Marine and Food Industry,” organized by ANFACO-CECOPESCA. This significant event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders from various institutions, companies, and universities, all of whom are intricately linked to the Food and Marine Industry.
IDENER.AI, which is already working together with ANFACO-CECOPESCA on the NOVAFOODIES project amongst others, took this opportunity to showcase the ongoing work and advancements through posters and flyers that were prominently displayed and available during the event. NOVAFOODIES is a testament to the innovative strides being made in the industry, and the active role of its consortium underscores its commitment to pushing the boundaries in marine and food research and development. The diverse attendants at the event facilitated a rich exchange of ideas and potential collaborations, which are essential in driving the industry forward.
