We are so happy to announce the release of our brand new Gender Equality Plan 2022. Idener is a leading-edge company in I+D and in caring for our people. In this plan, we gathered all actions embodying the natural progress of parity of genders in our family planned for the next five years.

The Equality Plan strategises the actions to include the perspective of gender in multiple areas, from selection and hiring, promotion and training, to balancing personal-working life and mainstreaming. Our Equality Commission will analyse the plan annually to keep improving it and include new actions needed to be in accordance with our needs and reality.
