Recently, IDENER team had the exciting opportunity to participate in the pilot testing of the MED1stMR project in Zurich. This project is designed to revolutionise training for first responders through mixed reality. Our role in this project is to craft a platform that tracks trainee performance and highlights potential stressors. Despite a challenging testing environment, our component performed satisfactorily.

While the MED1stMR project has not yet advanced to the stage of field trials in Vienna, recent testing phases have been critical in identifying the areas in need of further development. The insights gained from our time in Zurich have been incredibly valuable, providing us with the clarity and direction needed to refine not only the project but also the underlying platform.

As preparations for the Vienna field trial progress, there is a palpable sense of anticipation for what lies ahead. The next phase of the MED1stMR project promises to be a significant step in our continued pursuit of innovation and excellence. Our teams are eager to bring their collaborative spirit and expertise to the fore as we move closer to realizing the full potential of this groundbreaking initiative.
